Flávio Bolsonaro arrived in Florida after fleeing Brazil, then declared himself 'president-elect' despite losing to Lula by more than four million votes. He left after the Supreme Court ordered him to surrender his passports and barred him from leaving the country while he faces investigations he denies. He thanked Trump and Argentina's Milei, while Trump claimed without evidence the Brazilian election was rigged. Lula called the departure shameful and said Bolsonaro could have stayed to defend himself.
